She has co-written and starred in numerous television series, including The Broad Side, P.R., Behind the Scenes and Listen Missy. She has also written for The Kids in the Hall, and acted in Walter Ego and Moose TV. Her plays have included Sibs (cowritten with Richard Greenblatt), Smudge (with Alex Bulmer) and Gravity Calling. One of the most unbelievable sights I witnessed when interviewing scientists at IMRC, The Institute for Medical Research, Israel-Canada at Hebrew University's Hadassah Medical School, was to observe a blind person see. He saw with his ears, not his eyes. We interview Amit Amedi who heads up this unique experiment and visit the lab where the blind are taught to see with their ears.
