Daniel "Danny" Jacobs (born July 7, 1968) is an American voice actor, comedian, and actor. He is best known as the voice King Julien XIII on the Nickelodeon television series The Penguins of Madagascar and the Christmas TV special Merry Madagascar, substituting for British stand-up comic Sacha Baron Cohen (who continues to voice King Julien on the big screen). He even did an impression of Baron Cohen's character Borat in the 2007 parody film Epic Movie.
