Cylk Cozart (born February 1, 1957) is an American actor who has appeared in over 30 films and 20 television shows.
Cozart was born in Knoxville, Tennessee. His father is of African ancestry and his mother is Native American. Prior to becoming an actor, Cozart was an established model working in Miami, FL. Cozart was born in Knoxville, Tennessee. His father is of African ancestry and his mother is Native American. Prior to becoming an actor, Cozart was an established model working in Miami, FL. In his high school years, he was a talented football and basketball player. He attended King College in Bristol, Tenn. His most recent roles are Det. Jimmy Mulvey opposite Bruce Willis in 16 Blocks and Steven Spielberg's, "Eagle Eye". He is set to star in the Robert DiNero produced 20% Fiction. Also, Cozart will direct his first feature film in 2010, based on the True Story, about the High School girls basketball team from Nebraska, who won 103 games without a loss and Eight State Championships, from 1991 through 2001, called The Sandy Creek Girls .
