Connie Gilchrist

Connie Gilchrist (February 6, 1901 – March 3, 1985) was a stage, film and television character actress. Born Rose Constance Gilchrist in Brooklyn, New York. Her mother, Martha Daniels, was an actress and she followed in her mother's footsteps, making her stage debut in London, aged sixteen. She eventually made her way to Hollywood, where she was signed by Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer to a ten-year contract in 1939.
