Trained with the Stratford Festival Young Company for two years, she spent four years with the Stratford Shakespearean Festival playing classical roles, such as Miranda in The Tempest. She has also danced the ballet role of Louise in Carousel at the same festival. Other stage appearances include Cossette in Les Misérables and Juliet in Romeo and Juliet.
Best known to science fiction fans for her recurring role as Kate Heightmeyer in Stargate Atlantis and on Forever Knight as Fleur de Brabant, the younger sister of Nicolas de Brabant/Nick Knight. Other shows she has previously guest-starred on include The Outer Limits, Sleepwalkers, Charmed and Star Trek: Voyager.
