Charleston Lewis "Chuck" Low (born December 1, 1937, New York City, New York) is an American character actor. Born to a Polish mother and German-Jewish father, Low achieved his biggest success as Maurice "Morrie" Kessler in the Martin Scorsese film Goodfellas (1990).
