Charlotte Leah Salt is an English actress. Salt was born in Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire, and attended St Dominic's Priory School in Stone, Staffordshire. She has appeared in Born and Bred in the UK and Entourage, CSI Season 6 Episode 13: Kiss-Kiss, Bye-Bye as Eve Girard, and Wildfire. Salt has also acted in several films including Beowulf alongside Angelina Jolie. She was previously seen in the third series of the UK show The Tudors in the recurring role of Lady Ursula Misseldon. In 2010 she played the part of Lady Virginia Revel in ITV's adaptation of Agatha Christie's The Secret of Chimneys, part of the Marple series starring Julia McKenzie. She starred in Sky's "Bedlam" as Kate Bettany. In October 2011, she joined the regular cast of Casualty as Dr Sam Nicholls. In 2011 she appeared in an episode of BBC series Death in Paradise playing the part of murder victim Lisa Watson. She is currently engaged to Casualty co-star Oliver Coleman who plays Tom Kent. She is currently between her home in Staffordshire and filming Casualty in Cardiff. Charlotte has one younger sister, Abbie also an actress.
