One doctor uses live patients for his experiments while another one kills them in a twisted plot of revenge. A boy who witnesses his brother being killed during surgery, grows up to become a monster with a scalpel. Dr. Julian Mater is suspended and gets his license revoked for performing cellular regeneration experiments on dying patients. After a couple of years, he returns to the hospital that condemned his work to begin practicing his grizzly experiments once more.
