Candace Smith (born February 1, 1977) is an American, lawyer, actress, model, and beauty queen from Dayton, Ohio. Candace won the title of Miss Ohio USA 2003 in Portsmouth, Ohio. Smith went on to represent Ohio in the Miss USA 2003 in San Antonio, Texas. As Miss Ohio USA 2003, Candace dedicated her time to several charities including the Susan G.
