Bruno Jean Marie Cremer (born Jean-Marie Drillon, October 6, 1929 – August 7, 2010) was a French actor born in Saint-Mandé, Val-de-Marne, who spent a part of his career on stage, but who also found success in the cinema and on television. He was widely known in France and the French-speaking world for his interpretation of the famous detective Maigret in a television series that started in 1991 and ended in 2005 after 54 episodes.
