Brian Keith Tochihara (born May 2, 1963), better known as Brian Tochi, is a U.S. actor, screen-writer, movie director and producer. Tochi's full name is Brian Keith Tochihara, born in Los Angeles, California, the son of Joe Isao Tochihara (A.K.A. ‘Tochi’), a well known Beverly Hills celebrity hair salon owner, and Jane Yaeko (née Harada), both Japanese, and former detainees (along with thousands of other Japanese immigrants and U.S.-born Japanese people) of Japanese Internment camps during World War II.
