Brad Raider (born April 28, 1975) is an American stage and screen actor. Raider was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1975 and began his early theatrical career at the local arts center when he was just in elementary school. Under the direction of Cheltenham High School mentor and director, Tom Stretton, he performed a one-man show about the life and films of director Frank Capra. Brad Raider (born April 28, 1975) is an American stage and screen actor. Raider was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1975 and began his early theatrical career at the local arts center when he was just in elementary school. Under the direction of Cheltenham High School mentor and director, Tom Stretton, he performed a one-man show about the life and films of director Frank Capra. In New York, he graduated from the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University, where he trained at the Circle in the Square Theatre School and the Experimental Theatre Wing. Off-Broadway, he played the title role in the 400th year anniversary production of Henry V and appeared in many New York stage productions including Marat/Sade, The Cradle Will Rock, The Marriage of Bette and Boo, and Twelfth Night. He is co-artistic director of the Los Angeles based theatre company RED DOG SQUADRON with long-time friend and collaborator, James Roday. For RED DOG, he starred as “Bernie” in David Mamet’s Sexual Perversity in Chicago, which he also directed, and appeared as “Birthday Boy” in their production of sustenance.
