Bill English, birth name William Andrew English, (born April 8, 1980, Rochester, New York), an American actor. He is best known as playing the role of "Joel" in the ABC television series Cavemen.
English was raised Honeoye Falls, New York, a small village outside of Rochester, New York.

In the first spot created for T-Mobile, entitled "Secret Lovers," he plays a duped boyfriend furious that his best friend has been bumped up to one of his girlfriend's "myFaves" favorite five callers.
English has performed on Broadway with Anne Heche and Alec Baldwin in 20th century.
