Belinda J. Montgomery (born July 23, 1950) is a Canadian-born actress and painter currently living in California.
Montgomery was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. She is perhaps best known as Mrs. Katherine Howser, the matriarch in the ABC medical comedy-drama Doogie Howser, M.D. She had a starring role in the 1970s science-fiction series Man from Atlantis as Dr. Elizabeth Merrill and also had a recurring role as Caroline Crockett/Ballard in the 1980s cop series Miami Vice.
