Aliza Gur (born as Alizia Gross, 1 April 1944, in Ramat Gan, Israel) was Miss Israel of 1960 and a semi-finalist in the Miss Universe pageant that same year. Her parents had fled Germany during Hitler's reign and settled in the Land of Israel, where she and her brother were born.
Gur eventually went to the United States and settled in California, where she began her film and television career. Her television credits include guest appearances on Get Smart (1965), The Wild Wild West (1965), The Big Valley (1965), and several other shows. Cinema credits include Midnight Train to Paris (film) (1964) From Russia with Love (1963) and Agent for H.A.R.M. (1966).
Her most famous role was as one of two fighting Gypsies in From Russia with Love. The female lead in the film, Daniela Bianchi, had been Gur's roommate at the 1960 Miss Universe pageant. LESS
