All the One Piece eps are up to date, I've been looking for dubs for a while now! The vids are mostly Magavideo, so they load pretty fast and are usually pretty good quality, Dubbinz even offers a Megavideo time limit bypass page if you don't know how ot get around it already!

funny, the first thing I found was naruto shippuuden. You obviously don't have eyes... next time try looking in the ongoing anime section k? that is if you get your eyes back.
